About Us: Almat Flying Academy is a leading provider of flight training services, dedicated to delivering exceptional instruction and support to our students.

Job Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Flight Instructor to join our team. As a Flight Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality flying instruction to our students, supporting them in achieving their PPL and LAPL licences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide comprehensive ground school instruction to students preparing for the PPL and LAPL exams
  • To conduct regular flight lessons with students, focusing on developing their flying skills and knowledge
  • To maintain accurate records of student progress and provide constructive feedback

Requirements:

  • A valid UK CAA PPL or CPL licence
  • A current FI Rating
  • A current SEP(Land) Rating
  • A current Medical Certificate

Desirable Criteria:

  • An unrestricted FI Rating
  • Night Instructor qualification
  • IR(R) Instructor qualification
  • Experience instructing towards PPL and LAPL licences

Salary: Up to £38 per hour, dependent on experience and qualifications
