About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Supervisor to join our team at The Duke on the Green. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and leading our team to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead shifts safely and effectively, ensuring the highest standards of customer service and team performance.
- Train and develop our team to ensure they have the knowledge and skills needed to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Build rapport with our customers and team members, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Collaborate with our management team to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
