We are seeking a highly skilled Director to lead the commercialization of our products and therapies, driving business growth and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement Launch Excellence methods to drive best-in-industry commercialization of new products and therapies.
  • Lead scenario planning, risk assessments, and prioritization of critical launch activities.
  • Direct brand/service development, analytics, pricing, distribution, objectives, deployment, and policies for effective and compliant commercialization of franchise brands and services.
  • Conduct market analysis to create, implement, and update strategic commercial new product plans and performance objectives.
  • Proactively communicate with internal stakeholders to identify, plan, develop, and/or revise project deliverables for product or launch success.
Requirements:
  • Extensive commercial experience with a solid record of achievement in therapeutics or diagnostics, including launch experience.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the pharmaceutical, diagnostic, and medical device industry and hospital systems.
  • Wide range of pharmaceutical/diagnostic/medical device commercial experience/knowledge inclusive of marketing and/or sales, commercial operations, training, and launch/new product planning.
  • Clinical, scientific, and/or technical discipline knowledge.
  • Routine overnight travel based on business need and some weekend work may be required.
