HR Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Manager to join our team at Rockfield Specialist Recruitment. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support, developing and executing company policies and procedures, and providing HR and employment law advice to our directors, management, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the process for starters and leavers, ensuring a smooth onboarding and offboarding experience for all employees.
  • Process all payroll and related reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Manage pension and associated administration, providing guidance and support to employees and management.
  • Support hiring managers with recruitment, ensuring a robust and efficient recruitment process.
  • Report to senior management and above, as required, providing regular updates and insights on HR-related matters.
  • Liaise with and manage recruitment agencies, ensuring a high-quality candidate pipeline.
  • Manage personnel files, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Manage travel and expenses, including approvals and policy implementation.
  • Monitor and manage holiday and absence, ensuring a fair and consistent approach.
  • Implement and manage benefits for staff, ensuring a competitive and attractive package.
  • Provide HR advice and guidance to senior managers, ensuring a proactive and supportive approach.
