We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team at Clive Owen LLP as a Corporate Finance Executive. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside our experienced partner and contribute to the growth and success of our firm.

As a Corporate Finance Executive, you will be responsible for supporting the partner in leading M&A transactions from commencement to completion. This will involve liaising with clients, lawyers, funders, and other advisers, as well as undertaking valuations of businesses and preparing financial projections models.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the partner in leading M&A transactions, including liaising with clients and other stakeholders
  • Undertaking valuations of businesses, either as a standalone engagement or to support the assessment of M&A options
  • Preparing financial projections models, working closely with clients to identify and challenge assumptions
  • Undertaking financial due diligence to support fund-raising, private equity, and M&A transactions
  • Developing a network of contacts across the North-East professional community and representing Clive Owen Corporate Finance across the region

Desirable skills and experience include recent practice background, exposure to accounts, audit, and/or tax, and strong technical knowledge. Experience in preparing and/or reviewing financial projections models and share valuation models would also be beneficial.
