Our client, a leading UK-based company, is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Business Development Professional to join their sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B account management and sales, with a strong understanding of client needs and a passion for driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Conduct thorough gap analyses to identify areas for improvement and develop tailored solutions to meet client needs.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to target new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to address client concerns and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Provide regular, detailed reports on sales activities and market trends.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a B2B account management or sales-focused role.
  • Full UK driving license.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Impeccable organisational and time-keeping skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and be self-motivated.
  • Ability to identify and understand client needs and develop tailored solutions.
