We are seeking dedicated individuals to support one adult primarily, with the flexibility to support across three flats as needed, in our new supported living home in Stambridge, Rochford, Essex.
Key Responsibilities- Promote Independence: Help people develop new skills and interests.
- Provide Emotional Support: Offer companionship and emotional support.
- Daily Assistance: Support with personal care, meal preparation, and housekeeping.
- Partnership: Work closely with families and healthcare professionals for coordinated support.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate care plans and progress reports.
No two days are the same in this role. The individuals we support are active and fun-loving, enjoying trips to places of interest, churches, seafronts, pubs, restaurants, theatres, cinemas, and bowling alleys. They also have a passion for arts and crafts, including pottery, which you will help support through local college courses or interest groups.
We prioritise helping people live the lives they want, which may involve driving either a mobility vehicle or your own car to support their activities.
Our Benefits:- 30 days annual leave entitlement (including bank holidays), rising to 35 days.

- We will pay for and support you to complete the Care Certificate, a requirement for people working in the health and social care sector.
