The RoleWe're seeking an experienced Section Leader to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for directing and inspiring a high-performing team involved in inspection, faulting, maintenance, and renewal activities. You'll establish safety arrangements, ensure compliance with relevant standards and procedures, and proactively control and check the quality of work.
You'll work closely with our maintenance and renewal teams to ensure that our assets are fully compliant and that all vehicles, plant, tools, equipment, and materials are fit for purpose. Your strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and knowledge of discipline-specific maintenance and inspection techniques will be essential in driving success in this role.
Key Responsibilities- Direct and inspire a high-performing team involved in inspection, faulting, maintenance, and renewal activities.
- Establish safety arrangements and ensure compliance with relevant standards and procedures.
- Proactively control and check the quality of work.
- Work closely with maintenance and renewal teams to ensure asset compliance and quality.
- Develop and implement effective safety and quality management systems.
