About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Asset Director to lead our asset development and disposal strategy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing data-backed investment programmes for our existing and future assets.

You will have overall responsibility for property data that informs wider teams on their liability and maintenance, and support corporate and regulatory reporting.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading on the development of data-backed investment programmes for our existing and future assets
  • Ensuring that the asset data infrastructure and data governance is fit for purpose and reflects the true state of the group's assets
  • Overseeing our asset disposal strategy, with the assessment of property performance, option appraisal, and team delivery oversight and reporting
  • Identifying and seeking to maximise grant and external support networks

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate a working knowledge and experience of undertaking asset portfolio reviews, modelling of property performance and identifying strategies, programmes and short and long term business planning.

You will also need to have excellent communication skills and a good working knowledge of the domestic housing market and the operations and regulation of registered housing providers, as well as a good understanding of property law and financial analysis.
