A leading construction company based in Oxfordshire is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead their D&B projects.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple contracts from pre-contract stages through to handovers, leading project teams and holding ultimate responsibility for client liaison, construction progress, and financial success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple contracts across various sectors, including education, commercial, and blue light.
  • Lead project teams and empower them to deliver high-quality results.
  • Identify key areas of risk and opportunity and develop strategies to mitigate risks.
  • Drive high standards in health and safety, quality, client relationships, detailed forward planning, and supply chain management.
  • Oversee 2-3 construction teams on live projects and have input on at least one pre-construction project.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery and leadership within a Tier 1 or 2 main contracting organisation.
  • Technical, contractual, and commercial knowledge.
  • Vision, focus, and drive.
