National Road Logistics Business Development Manager

At Kuehne+Nagel, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Road Logistics Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities for our road logistics business unit.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base in the road logistics market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement new products and services that meet the evolving needs of our customers.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition and identify new business opportunities.
- Provide regular sales reports and pipeline updates to management, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
- Proven experience in logistics sales, with a strong understanding of the road freight market.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed business decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office, with experience in using sales tools and software.
