Key Responsibilities:- Project Delivery: Manage engineering, design, and turnkey projects to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
- Contract Management: Conduct successful administration and management of all allocated contracts, ensuring compliance with company procedures and client requirements.
- Project Monitoring and Control: Monitor and control projects to ensure they are delivered to budget and programme, identifying and mitigating any potential risks or issues.
- Reporting and Communication: Accurately and autonomously complete internal and client project reporting, providing regular updates and progress reports.
- Supplier and Sub-Contractor Management: Manage suppliers and sub-contractors for manufacturing, fabrication, and specialist services, ensuring compliance with company procedures and client requirements.
- Project Documentation: Produce accurate and correct project documentation in line with the contract requirements, ensuring compliance with company procedures and client requirements.
- Project Functions: Manage all project functions including design, engineering, procurement, sub-contracted manufacture, build, testing and installation, ensuring compliance with company procedures and client requirements.
- Scope Change Management: Manage change in scope and ensure appropriate compensation is received, ensuring compliance with company procedures and client requirements.
- Resource Planning: Produce resourced programmes and work plans to accomplish the project, ensuring compliance with company procedures and client requirements.
- Resource Management: Plan and manage allocated resources through the project phases, ensuring compliance with company procedures and client requirements.
- Project Forecasting: Provide accurate project forecast reports and plans in accordance with company processes and procedures, ensuring compliance with company procedures and client requirements.
- Team Management: Assess, direct and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure the project progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget, ensuring compliance with company procedures and client requirements.
- Quality and Risk Management: Responsible for overall quality and management of projects and programmes, ensuring compliance with company procedures and client requirements.
- Financial Management: Manage budget and ensure financial accountability on nominated projects and those of their reports, ensuring compliance with company procedures and client requirements.
