We are seeking a highly motivated and caring individual to join our team as a Senior Support Worker at Aspris Children's Services, based in Kilbirnie. This is an exciting opportunity to work with vulnerable children and young people and make a real difference in their lives.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the management of day-to-day operations within our services. This will include engaging with each child's plan and ensuring it is managed with the highest standards of care and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with the support team to provide a safe and supportive environment for our young people
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a full UK driving licence and be able to transport our young people to external locations. You will also require excellent communication skills, a compassionate nature, and the ability to work well under pressure.
