About the Job

We are looking for an experienced Electrician to take on a new challenge as a Senior Tradesperson Assessor. This role offers the opportunity to share your knowledge and experience with others, helping to shape the next generation of electricians.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for providing expert training and assessment to electrical students, developing and delivering high-quality training materials, and working closely with colleagues to ensure that all training programs are up-to-date and relevant to the industry.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in electrical work, with a good understanding of current industry practices and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • The ability to create engaging and informative training materials, and to deliver presentations confidently and clearly.
