FIND | Creating Futures are seeking a dedicated Education and Training Professional to join their team. This exciting opportunity will see you working with a caseload of 40 apprentices in the Exeter area.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality training programs to meet the needs of our Early Years Education sector apprentices. As a hybrid role, this position offers a great balance of home working and learner visits across the Exeter area.

This is a fantastic chance to work with a dynamic and supportive team, helping to shape the next generation of professionals in the Early Years sector.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver bespoke training programs to meet individual apprentice needs.
  • Conduct regular skills reviews with apprentices and employers to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement tailored training plans to meet individual needs.
  • Assess skills and behaviours, providing constructive feedback via the ePortfolio system.
  • Deliver workplace training covering Knowledge, Skills, and Behaviours.
  • Support English and Maths training, ensuring successful completion in collaboration with FS specialists.
  • Provide tutorial support on Prevent, British Values, Personal Development, Behaviour, Welfare, Safeguarding, and additional learning needs.
  • Conduct remote webinars for apprentices.
  • Monitor candidate progress and support portfolio completion and assessments, setting timely completion targets.
  • Communicate effectively with employers and employees regarding apprenticeship program information.
  • Collaborate with line managers for reviews and appraisals.
  • Attend CPD, Standardization events, and company conferences in Bristol.
  • Support apprentices and employers throughout the End Point Assessment process.

Personal Specification:

  • Hold a qualification or have experience in the Early Years sector (Essential)
  • Have up-to-date industry knowledge (Essential)
  • Hold Level 2 Numeracy and Literacy qualifications (Essential)
  • Hold a full driving licence, have own vehicle and be willing to travel to customer sites (Essential)
  • Hold an assessor qualification (Desirable)
  • Hold an IV/IQA qualification (Desirable)
  • Experience of working in Further Education or a similar environment (Desirable)

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £34,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
