Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our Corporate Procurement Team at Nexus. This is an exciting opportunity to facilitate and advise on the procurement of goods, works, and services across diverse transport-related projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide procurement advice to operational teams, support services departments, and senior leaders in the organisation.
  • Facilitate the procurement process for various projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and agreements that meet business needs.
Requirements
  • Customer-driven approach with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organised and able to work effectively in agile environments, balancing office and home working.
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks efficiently.

  • A competitive salary range of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
