We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to manage the College Estates Infrastructure and lead our estate strategy.

Job Responsibilities">

  • Provide leadership and direction for the enhancement of the Estates Strategy.">
  • Work closely with the Assistant Principal - Infrastructure and Experience to deliver our Estate Strategy.">
  • Manage the Facilities Management, Health & Safety, and Environment Management functions of the College.">
  • Oversee maintenance activities, contract management, and statutory returns.">
Requirements">

We are looking for a candidate with significant project management experience, proven effective experience in an Estates managerial role, and a proven record of effective budget management achieving financial targets and effective use of resources.

The ideal candidate will be a forward-thinking leader passionate about driving forward innovative projects and making a significant impact on the College and its community.

We offer a competitive salary of £**£65,000 - £75,000 per annum**, depending on experience, plus benefits.
