We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Manager to join our team at the Witherslack Group. As a leader in our organization, you will be responsible for mentoring and developing a team of care professionals to deliver exceptional care and support services. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping the lives of our young residents, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned manager to take on a challenging yet rewarding role. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our 8-bed children's home, ensuring that our young residents receive the highest level of care and support. Your leadership skills will be essential in creating a positive and motivating environment that fosters personal growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of dedicated care staff
- Develop and implement individual care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
- Ensure high-quality care and support services are delivered
- Oversee the management of the home's budget and resources
- Collaborate with external agencies and partners to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England)
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in managing an Ofsted-rated Good or Outstanding children's home
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- A full UK driving license held for at least 12 months
