Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the implementation of a complete managed security product and services portfolio.
  • Lead the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for Cybersecurity and IT, including pricing, positioning, and promotional activities.
  • Be accountable for the design, delivery, and success of the managed Cybersecurity portfolio.
  • Lead the continued development of the IT product and Service portfolio.
  • Support and educate the OPUS sales and pre-sales teams on all matters cybersecurity.
  • Consult various internal teams at OPUS on best practices for Managing IT and Cybersecurity.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in service design and/or management within IT Managed Services organisation.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in Managed Cyber Security product & service research and management.
  • Sound knowledge of product lifecycle management and associated cross-functional project management.
  • Relevant cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, PMP) are highly desirable.
  • Sound knowledge of the Cybersecurity service and product landscape.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience with IT Managed Service systems and automation methodologies.
  • A specialist in B2B cybersecurity and IT products and services for mid-market and enterprise.
  • Experienced in the ground-up development, building, and running of new services, including structured market research, development of go-to-market strategies, commercial modelling, as well as operational implementation.
