About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Children's Nurse to join our team at Hospice in the Weald. As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality, holistic care to children and young people with life-limiting and life-threatening conditions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Care for children aged 0-18 with complex health needs, including respite care sessions in the home and our new Children's Centre at Five Ashes.
  • Work collaboratively with children's support workers and volunteers to provide comprehensive care.
  • Communicate effectively with children, young people, and their families, sometimes under challenging circumstances.
  • Maintain accurate records of care on our electronic care record system.
