Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Part-Time KS3 SEN Support Teacher to join our team at Teaching Personnel. As a key member of our team, you will provide educational support to Key Stage 3 (KS3) students with SEN in an outreach setting.

Responsibilities
  1. Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to enhance students' academic and personal development
  2. Assess student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
  3. Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to student support
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a recognised teaching qualification, minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field, and experience working with students with SEN. You must also have a strong understanding of the UK education system and the ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual learning styles.

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary range of £20 - £30 per hour, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional development and training. As a valued member of our team, you will also be required to undergo enhanced DBS checks and adhere to our safeguarding policies to ensure the well-being of our students.
