About the RoleThis role is ideal for experienced Mortgage and Protection Advisers who are looking to take their career to the next level. As a Mortgage and Protection Advisor, you will be responsible for generating and maintaining your own client relationships and business, maximising in-branch opportunities and working in tandem with the Estate Agency team, Admin team, Training and Development team, Compliance team and Divisional Sales Director to ensure an efficient process for the client.
Key Responsibilities- Generate and maintain your own client relationships and business, maximising in-branch opportunities and thriving in a challenging yet stimulating environment.
- Follow up on in-branch leads generated by the Estate Agency team and maximise value from each client.
- Generate your own leads and business.
- Work in tandem with the Estate Agency team, Admin team, Training and Development team, Compliance team and Divisional Sales Director to ensure an efficient process for the client.
- Provide exceptional client care and experience from beginning to end, going above and beyond to provide the highest possible level of customer service.
To be considered for this role, you must hold a CeMAP qualification or equivalent. Experience of Mortgage and Protection Advising is essential.
What We Offer- On target earnings of £40,000 to £60,000+ per year.
- Fully uncapped commission scheme.
- £22,000 - £28,000 Basic salary (dependent on experience).
- Guaranteed monthly payments whilst building a pipeline, for up to 6 months.

This role is full-time office-based, with working hours of Monday to Friday 08:30 - 18:00, alternate Saturdays 09:00 - 17:00 and a day off in lieu when working a Saturday.
What You Need to SucceedTo be successful in this role, you will need to be able to engage with people from all walks of life, hold conversations to establish their needs and wants, communicate effectively through email, phone, face-to-face and on videos for our social channels, spin a lot of plates, multitask and excel at managing numerous responsibilities and tasks, maintain relationships through regular contact with vendors, buyers and developers to capitalise on all opportunities whilst ensuring a high level of customer service and engagement is sustained, collaborate with your peers within your branch to build relationships to assist in identifying opportunities for referrals, take accountability for your KPIs through proactively seeking new opportunities whilst maintaining existing relationships and have a strong presence in front of a camera where you appeal to and engage with your audience to maximise your reach.
