Finance Support Assistant Role

At Travel Counsellors, we're seeking a highly skilled Finance Support Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Accounts Payable team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of accounts payable services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyse daily KPIs and effectively manage and prioritise daily workloads to ensure deadlines are met/exceeded for all activities
  • Support any outsourcing provider to achieve and exceed KPI expectations while working within the agreed SLAs
  • Perform root cause analysis on complex issues to drive improvement, issue resolutions in the end-to-end AP Process flow, and escalate issues and queries, if necessary, to management
  • Build successful business relationships at all levels (particularly in Finance and with TCs) to encourage efficiency and understanding
  • Work within Travel Counsellors' internal compliance/guidance rules, CARE values, and applicable legislations

Requirements:
  • Prior experience working in an accounts payable or customer service role
  • Proficient in the MS Office suite of tools, particularly Excel
  • Experience working on Enterprise Planning Tool (ERP) applications
  • Ability to analyse data competently from a range of sources, performing root cause analysis (RCA)
