Job Title: Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Administrator to join our team at RSK Group. As an Office Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting our business operations and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming calls and messages, providing excellent customer service and responding to queries in a timely manner.
  • Book travel, accommodation, and training courses for employees, ensuring that all arrangements are made efficiently and effectively.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Support other office employees by providing administrative assistance and ensuring that the office runs smoothly.
Person Specification:
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations, with a positive and proactive attitude.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • Ability to work flexibly and be available to work overtime when required.
