As the HR advisor/PA at CWC360, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our company's structure, enhancing employee engagement, and ensuring the smooth functioning of all HR and administrational aspects. You will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions and administration for the company Directors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review and maintain the company HR policies and procedures
- Identify and coordinate any training and development requirements
- Review new starter paperwork
- Address employee concerns, grievances, and disputes
- Manage performance appraisals
- Stay updated on laws and regulations to ensure the company's HR practices are in compliance
- Oversee HR administrative duties including record keeping and payroll processing
- Manage HR systems and software
- Diary management and appointment scheduling
- General administrative duties and maintaining office systems
- Making any travel and hotel arrangements
- Scheduling of work on a weekly basis
- Producing documents including tenders/quotes

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience within a HR role
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise and multi-task
