Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM and Ecommerce Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Ecommerce Team, you will be responsible for managing customer retention and owned acquisition channels, including email and direct mail. You will work closely with our agency to develop and execute email marketing strategies, aligning with our brand and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer retention and owned acquisition channels, including email and direct mail
  • Utilize analytics tools to monitor, measure, and report on KPIs across CRM and owned acquisition channels
  • Make data-led decisions to enhance the customer experience, driving brand loyalty and customer engagement
  • Collaborate with our agency to develop and execute email marketing strategies
  • Work closely with our Ecommerce Director and external agency partners on strategy and campaign execution

Requirements

  • 4+ years of proven experience in CRM, including email marketing
  • Experience managing CRM channels and making data-driven decisions to drive revenue, loyalty, frequency, and customer retention
  • Strong Excel and analytical skills
  • Experience in building, managing, and executing clear processes from scratch
  • Passionate about creating engaging and effective customer experiences
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and CRO with the ability to prioritize effective solutions
