Augmentti's elite quant trading firm is seeking a highly skilled Quant Developer to join our investment arm. With a focus on high-performance algos and modern C++/Python, you will be responsible for creating reusable strategy and alpha computation building blocks, simulation models, and robust, efficient code for complex algorithms.

We are looking for someone who can work directly with incredible quant researchers and traders, and see their work in production quickly. The successful candidate will have experience with real-time automated trading systems, execution/trading strategy logic, and low-latency/high-performance technologies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in C++ programming, Linux, and Unix environments. Additionally, they should be familiar with parallel computing, optimisations, low-latency, distributed systems, market data, connectivity, trading engine design, and systems programming.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around $250,000 - $400,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

This is a unique opportunity to work on a greenfield project with zero risk, focusing on execution and growing a market-making business. You will have the ability to grow the team as technical lead quant dev, and work closely with talented quant devs, researchers, and traders.
