The successful candidate will be responsible for negotiating, drafting, and advising upon various commercial agreements, including supplier and customer contracts, distribution agreements, standard T&Cs of purchase etc; Advising upon website-related activity (including website T&Cs, privacy policy etc); Advising upon data privacy-related matters (prior privacy experience not essential).

This role sits within the general commercial team, reporting into the Deputy General Counsel. The ideal candidate will have a Law degree, 1-5 years' PQE in a reputable law firm or the legal industry, holding a valid practising certificate, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong negotiation skills, good communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
