About the Job
We are currently seeking a skilled Office Support Specialist to join our team at Corus Consultancy. This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office.
- Answering telephone calls and responding to emails.
- Assisting with queries and requests from colleagues and clients.
- Maintaining accurate records and files.
- Performing photocopying, binding, and laminating tasks.
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail.
- Maintaining the office environment, ensuring it remains clean and tidy.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High levels of organization and attention to detail.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office software.
- Able to maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
