We are seeking an experienced Lettings and Inventory Clerk to join our team at Oyster Consultants. Based in Sidcup, we offer a dynamic and challenging environment where you can develop your skills and contribute to our success.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in lettings, property management, or a related field. You will be responsible for conducting property inspections, preparing inventory reports, and managing the tenant check-in/check-out process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough property inspections to identify any damage or issues.
  • Prepare comprehensive inventory reports, including photographs and videos.
  • Manage the tenant check-in/check-out process, ensuring a smooth transition between tenancies.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote our services.
  • Collaborate with our team to deliver excellent customer service and meet business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in lettings, property management, or a related field.
  • A valid driving license and your own vehicle are essential for this role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Familiarity with property software and technology, including CRM systems and email marketing tools.

Salary: £26,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
