Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Operational Support Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Utilities Team, you will provide administration support for our reinstatement operations, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Maximise work schedules for our teams and ensure projects are completed on time and within KPI measures.
  • Plan the reinstatement of excavations and other activities in accordance with current notice durations.
  • Utilise relevant systems to plan resources effectively.
  • Manage reactive planning for emergency work and liaise with contract management teams and operatives to meet client SLA's.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to verbalise complex information effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Able to handle multiple tasks in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment.
  • Experience in a similar role, preferably within the utilities industry.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, based on experience.
