Operational Support Coordinator

Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Operational Support Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Utilities Team, you will provide administration support for our reinstatement operations, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Maximise work schedules for our teams and ensure projects are completed on time and within KPI measures.
- Plan the reinstatement of excavations and other activities in accordance with current notice durations.
- Utilise relevant systems to plan resources effectively.
- Manage reactive planning for emergency work and liaise with contract management teams and operatives to meet client SLA's.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to verbalise complex information effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Able to handle multiple tasks in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment.
- Experience in a similar role, preferably within the utilities industry.

- A competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, based on experience.
