Role Overview:

This Estate Maintenance Specialist position involves working in a team to provide exceptional garden services to our housing schemes in Havant and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping, as well as excellent customer service skills and a strong focus on teamwork.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Maintaining the grounds of our housing schemes, including the upkeep of pathways and hard standings.
  2. Operating various types of landscaping machinery, including ride-on mowers, strimmers, and hedge cutters.
  3. Ensuring that internal and external communal areas are clean and well-maintained.
  4. Working collaboratively with colleagues to provide an excellent service to residents.
  5. Keeping accurate records of work and sharing best practices to improve the service.

Benefits Package:

  • $25,095 per annum salary.
  • 35 hours per week, Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm schedule.
