About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Emerging Talent Centre Coach to join our team at Forest Green Rovers Football Club.

As a key member of our coaching staff, you will be responsible for delivering high-intensity coaching sessions to young players aged 9-14 years old, while improving their technical skills and maintaining a positive development environment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of the elite female football landscape, a minimum of a Level 2 football coaching badge, and experience working with children in a sporting setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver elite coaching sessions to young players
  • Plan, deliver, and evaluate coaching sessions
  • Work effectively within a team to achieve our environmental and sporting goals
