About the Role

The Field Care Supervisor is a key member of our team, responsible for delivering high-quality care support services to our clients. This role involves assessing and reviewing individual services, supervising and supporting care workers, and working with care coordinators to plan effective care worker rotas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess and review individual services to ensure the highest quality care support
  • Supervise and support care workers to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver excellent care
  • Work with care coordinators to plan realistic and effective care worker rotas
  • Participate in multi-disciplinary reviews of service users' needs
  • Shadow new care workers to ensure their competence
  • Carry out on-site observations and evaluations of care worker practice

Qualifications and Experience

You'll need experience in carrying out initial risk and needs assessments, working in partnership with service users, their family, carers, advocates, and healthcare professionals. A strong understanding of holistic packages of individual care support is essential.
