About the Role

The Field Care Supervisor will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of high-quality care services to our clients. This will involve assessing and reviewing individual services, supervising and instructing care workers, and working with care coordinators to plan realistic and effective care worker rotas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess and review individual services to ensure the highest quality of care
  • Supervise and instruct care workers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent care
  • Work with care coordinators to plan and implement care worker rotas that meet the needs of clients
  • Participate in multi-disciplinary reviews of service users' needs
  • Shadow new care workers to ensure their competence and provide feedback and support

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need experience in carrying out initial risk and needs assessments, working in partnership with service users and their families, and supervising and instructing care workers. You will also need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
