This role offers an estimated annual salary of $100,000 - $160,000 based on industry standards and location.

About the Role:

The Marketing and Communications Manager is a senior position reporting directly into the Chief Executive Officer. You will be accountable for the global strategy, planning, & delivery of marketing and communications.

  • Develop a comprehensive marketing and communications plan to enhance the organisation's image and position within the marketplace.
  • Design and implement a brand strategy that consistently communicates the organisation's values and mission.
  • Collaborate with business unit leaders to design a product and service portfolio that demonstrates the company's capabilities and drives new revenue.
  • Redesign the internal communications strategy to improve employee engagement and business knowledge.
  • Develop and execute communications and public relations activities including internal and external corporate events, sponsorships, trade shows, sales training sessions, internal and external newsletters, case study and reference development, customer satisfaction surveys,
  • Maintain the company's database of client and partner contacts and develop and execute CRM plans and tools.
  • Manage the corporate website and search engine optimisation programs.
  • Develop and execute online and social media strategies for marketing, communications and public relations.
  • Utilise strong creative, strategic and personal sales skills to achieve business objectives.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills are essential for this role.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at a time and excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Creative and strategic thinking with a passion for driving positive change.

This role will require international travel.
