Camphill Village Trust is seeking a skilled Legacy Fundraising Manager to join our team. As a key member of our fundraising department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing successful legacy giving strategies, managing the legacy function, and working closely with the Director of Fundraising to deliver the legacy and in-memoriam giving programme.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement legacy giving strategies to secure long-term support for Camphill Village Trust
- Manage the legacy function, including marketing legacies to the existing database, stewarding pledgers and supporters, and administering legacies
- Work closely with the Director of Fundraising to deliver the legacy and in-memoriam giving programme
- Embed a legacy giving culture internally and promote legacy and in-memoriam giving messages across the charity
Requirements:
- Experience of working at manager level to develop and implement successful legacy giving strategies
- Ability to manage and lead the legacy function
- Excellent data analysis and insight skills
- Ability to manage several projects and activities simultaneously
- Good working knowledge of current charity law, compliance, and fundraising best practice
