Deputy Faculty Manager Job Description

The Hollyfield School - TES is seeking an exceptional Deputy Faculty Manager to join our Mathematics provision. As a key member of our faculty team, you will work closely with the Head of Mathematics to develop and deliver a knowledge-rich curriculum that is exciting, innovative, and diverse.

We are committed to providing our students with a world-class programme of study, and we are looking for a candidate who shares our passion for mathematics education. If you have a clear understanding of successful classroom practice and evidence-based teaching, and are able to employ a range of teaching and learning strategies, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver a knowledge-rich mathematics curriculum that meets the needs of our students
  • Work closely with the Head of Mathematics to ensure the effective implementation of the curriculum
  • Employ a range of teaching and learning strategies to engage and motivate students
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive learning environment

Requirements:

  • QTS
  • A clear understanding of successful classroom practice and evidence-based teaching
  • Able to employ a range of teaching and learning strategies
  • Able to demonstrate suitability to work with children and young people
