About the role

We are seeking an exceptional Assistant Shop Manager to join our team at Mind Retail. As a key member of our shop management team, you will be responsible for delivering sales and profit targets while upholding our high standards of customer service and store presentation.

As an Assistant Shop Manager, you will work closely with the Shop Manager and the wider team to achieve outstanding results. You will also have the opportunity to take on full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the shop when the Shop Manager is away.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for retail. They will also be committed to developing their skills and knowledge through our comprehensive training programs.

A competitive salary of £22,000 - 25,000 per year, depending on experience, is offered, along with a range of benefits including:
