ERP Application Support Consultant

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and supporting business applications? We're seeking an experienced ERP Application Support Consultant to join our team at IN2 Consult.

About the Role

The successful candidate will provide comprehensive support to our UK clients, working closely with our Service Delivery Team to maintain, support, and update our business applications. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Provide timely resolution of incidents and bugs, ensuring customer satisfaction at every stage.
  • Conduct impact analyses for functional changes, evaluating factors such as time and cost.
  • Maintain a high standard of professional service delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate on project and implementation activities to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Adhere to all Service Level Agreements established between our company and our clients.
  • Provide training, advice, and expert input to key users and colleagues as needed.
  • Participate in standby schedules outside of business hours to handle urgent incidents.

Requirements

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in an Application Support role.
  • Strong knowledge of a business application (ERP); experience with MS Dynamics Axe or D365 is a plus.
  • Customer-centric mindset, proactive, and dedicated to delivering quality service.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Fast learner with a desire to continuously grow and improve.
  • Results-driven and takes full ownership of responsibilities.
  • Collaborative team player with a flexible and adaptable mindset.
  • Fluent in English, with exceptional oral and written communication skills.
