At Diligenta, we are seeking an experienced Incident Team Leader to join our Corporate Incident Function. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for reviewing and resolving complex corporate incidents for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and resolve corporate incidents, including investigating the cause and planning actions to rectify the issue.
  • Lead CI Team training, mentoring, and auditing.
  • Support CI-related changes, including reviewing and testing Business Requirement Documents.
  • Work towards Key Performance Indicators and deliver against objectives set through monthly focus reviews.
  • Complete regulatory and tax reporting, and identify breaches.
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of Life and/or Pensions.
  • Excellent communication and planning skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage own workload effectively.
  • Proficient skills in MS Office Word and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to train and mentor.
