Job Description:

Acro Aircraft Seating is a leading manufacturer of passenger seats for commercial airlines. We are seeking a Senior Design Engineer to join our team.

This role requires a strong understanding of aircraft seating design, development, and certification. The ideal candidate will have experience with regulatory compliance under CS-27 and TSO-C127 standards. Collaboration and leadership skills are essential for success in this position.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee engineering projects related to aircraft seating.
  • Design, develop, and certify new cabin interior and seating programs.
  • Ensure alignment with essential regulations, including CS-27 and TSO-C127.
  • Mentor and support junior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Prepare and present technical documentation for regulatory submissions and internal reviews.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in aircraft seating design, development, and certification.
  • Proven experience with regulatory compliance under CS-27 and TSO-C127 standards.
