Lead and oversee engineering projects related to aircraft seating, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards
Design, develop, and certify new cabin interior and seating programs, with a focus on VTOL and eVTOL aircraft types
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess and implement best practices in design and certification processes
Provide technical expertise and guidance during the certification processes under regulatory oversight, including CAAC and EASA (SC)VTOL Special Conditions
Prepare and present technical documentation for regulatory submissions and internal reviews
Stay current with industry trends and advancements in aviation seating design and certification


Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
Proven experience in aircraft seating design, development, and certification
Proven experience with regulatory compliance under CS-27 and TSO-C127 standards is essential
Demonstrated experience in the design and certification of programs overseen by CAAC and relevant EASA regulations is desirable
Excellent problem-solving skills, leadership qualities, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
