European Operations and Relationship Management Associate

Job Overview
CPP Investments is seeking a highly skilled Associate to join our European Operations and Relationship Management team. As a key member of the Office of the Head of Europe, you will provide critical support to the Managing Director, European Operations and Relationship Management, and the Senior Managing Director, Global Head of Real Assets and Head of Europe.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and prepare materials for regional operations and initiatives in Europe.
- Facilitate data-based operations and support activities and initiatives for the European office, including EMAC meetings and regional leadership calls.
- Implement the regional strategy, establish metrics to evaluate its effectiveness, and drive a culture of continuous improvement in the region.
- Work closely with the Finance team to manage and track the budget for the Office of the Head of Europe.
- Assist in executing a relationship management strategy to engage sovereign wealth funds, family offices, pension funds, and other relevant corporate entities in Europe and the Middle East.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent MS Office skills, particularly in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data visualization platforms, such as Tableau or PowerBI.
- Fluency with AI tools and prompt engineering.
- Solid research background and experience.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize, managing high-volume activity alongside longer-term project work.
- First-class communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
- High emotional intelligence, with the ability to engage and influence across teams and departments.
