  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales and lettings targets
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the local property market
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Lettings Negotiator or in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Full driving license and ability to travel
  • Enthusiastic and self-motivated with a drive to exceed targets
