Community Voice Champion

We are seeking a skilled and empathetic Community Voice Champion to join our team in the East Midlands area. As a Community Voice Champion, you will play a vital role in amplifying the voices of vulnerable adults and promoting their well-being.
Your role involves providing advocacy services, collaborating with public and voluntary organisations, and taking directed actions to address client issues. This position demands flexibility, excellent communication, and the ability to handle sensitive information confidently.
Key Responsibilities:
- To provide advocacy services to vulnerable adults, supporting them in making effective decisions about their health and social care.
- To collaborate with public and voluntary organisations, promoting partnerships and advancing shared goals.
- To maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring timely submission and adherence to organisational requirements.
Requirements:
- A strong background in advocacy, with experience working with vulnerable adults.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, managing time effectively to meet deadlines and prioritise tasks.
Salary: £18,470.40 - £23,292.00 per annum, depending on experience.

- 25 days annual leave + Bank holiday (Rising to 30 days after 5 years' service) with the option to buy or sell up to 5 days leave + your birthday off as an additional holiday day after 1 years' service.
