IFA Administrator Job Description

Profiles Personnel Ltd is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented IFA Administrator to join their team. As a key member of the financial planning and investment firm, this role offers the opportunity to progress your career into a Paraplanning position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client data and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Support the administration of new business, including inputting client details and liaising with clients and product providers
  • Assist advisers with meeting preparation, new client packs, and agendas
  • Contribute to the development of the Investment Proposition
  • Participate in wider company projects as required
Requirements:
  • Background in Financial Services or Paraplanning preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Collaborative approach and ability to work effectively in a team
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and CPD
