Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client data and ensure accurate record-keeping
  • Support new business development and administration
  • Liaise with clients and product providers to obtain necessary information
  • Verify file completeness and accuracy
  • Assist advisers with meeting preparation and client communication
  • Contribute to the development of our Investment Proposition
  • Participate in company-wide projects and initiatives
Requirements:
  • Background in Financial Services or Paraplanning preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
