We are seeking a Homecare Assistant Specialist to join our team. As a Homecare Assistant Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing personal care and support to clients in their own homes.
  • Assisting with daily living tasks, such as personal care and household chores.
  • Supporting clients with medication management and administration.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and their families.

Requirements:

  • A valid driver's license and access to your own vehicle.
  • Experience working in a care setting or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary and Benefits:

The successful candidate will earn approximately £12.50 per hour, paid travel time between clients and mileage reimbursement at 35p per mile. Additionally, we offer flexible hours, guaranteed hours, extensive benefits package including paid training, holiday pay, pension scheme and many more.
