This newly created role is critical in supporting the delivery of the Group's risk strategy by ensuring that risk management systems are used efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive risk system strategy, aligning it with the Group's risk management framework and strategic objectives.
- Configure, enhance, and continuously develop the risk system to optimize functionality and user experience.
- Establish and manage a helpdesk to support business users in effectively deploying and utilizing the risk system.
- Automate risk management processes, dashboards, and reports to support risk stakeholders and improve efficiency.
- Implement continuous improvement mechanisms based on user feedback to enhance system usability and functionality.
- Produce accurate and timely Group risk reports for executive and board-level stakeholders, ensuring they provide actionable insights.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Risk Management, with experience with risk systems highly desirable.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication abilities and familiarity with risk management systems.
- Preferred experience in the UK regulatory environment (e.g., FCA).
Location and Benefits:
This role offers a remote working model with a home base location, with national travel to key sites required up to once per week.
